can the zoom level of the googlemap be fixed at a customized zoom level ?

Hello

Yes you can change that by edit the following file : templates/jf_creativia/html/com_contact/contact/default_form.php

On line 42, you change the "zoom: 16" to whatever value you want for default zoom level.
