1 - I understand that the database move properly?
2 - Moved everything to the root directory or a subdirectory?
3 - The whole system is the same as it was on the old hosting (or locally)?
4 - Each path is the same?
5 - On the old hosting you do not used a rigid path?
6 - bip.meximas.com/administrator - do not work? ...you can use a different login but should pop out error when you type "Administrator" and nothing pops up here...hmmmm
7 - I think I know what's wrong - something with paths....

In code website you have: (this do not work)
meximas.com/templates/jf_creativia/images/logo-jf_creativia.png

I think it should be: (this work!)
bip.meximas.com/templates/jf_creativia/i...ogo-jf_creativia.png

Set a display of "friendly links". If you have a regular cable/links (joomla) is exposed in some way to attack
