Is it possible use a second language using this template?

Yes, you can use a second language using this template. You may edit templates/jf_creativia/index.php, add:
 
$lang = JFactory::getLanguage();
 

and change:
 
if ($menu->getActive() != $menu->getDefault())
 

to:
 
if ($menu->getActive() == $menu->getDefault($lang->getTag()))
