Hi!

I've a problem with the template JF Creativia.
I can't change/save the options in "Global Configuration", even if I want to turn the website offline I can't do that.

Actually, the version of joomla is the same of the quickstart - 3.2.1
I've tried to update joomla but every time the installation stop and the website goes down, so I've to upload a backup version of all the files.

Can you please send me your website url and the super admin access via private message system?

Try to update Joomla to solve this problem.

As i wrote every time i try to update joomla the process stop suddenly and I've to delete and upload the backup of all the files.
Last week i've sended via Private Message to isupport the information to login on the administration panel, but in this moment i don't know if they fixed something and if now i can easily update joomla.
