I have checked your site i see no error. that h1 must be as it as because of special structure for this template

at the bottom left corner theres a menu just as it is in your demo site,
there's a button portfolio that is in most part unclickable due to the fact of being covered by the h1 tag (the area may vary due to the resolution)
