I think I have installed the template correctly but I don't seem to have all the modules that are shown in the demo.

I can't find anything under the slideshow on the home page or the other page layouts.

Can you please help and point me in the right direction?

I have already sent admin password to isupport in a private message from another query but can send it again if required.

You can create new module in positions "user4, user5, user6" to show under the slideshow on your site.
