I need to know how to make the font size smaller in Sub Menu so that the text can fit into the drop-down block

You can edit file templates/jf_creativia/css/menu.css, at line 11 you can set font-size:
 
div.main_menu li ul li a, div.main_menu li ul li span.separator {
    padding: 7px 20px 7px 20px;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #EDEDED;
    font-size: 20px;
}

Just needed a server refresh or CTRL + F5
