TOPIC: Installing Quickstart

Installing Quickstart 18 Sep 2015 23:49 #7440

Hello! I'm new to Joomla and I am trying to install quickstart JF-Creativia in my hosting and I jump the below error in the browser when I try to install the full package.

As you install?
Steps. Went to Cpanel - File Manager - public_html - create a folder XXX - I loaded JF Creative ZIP file in folder with permission XXX 644, 755 and 777 (both probe) - extracted ZIP files in the same folder XXX - delete the ZIP - opened a browser - www.XXXXXXXXXX.com/CarpetaXXX put off the following things:

"Warning: require_once() [function.require-once]: Unable to access /home6/eli/public_html/hola/includes/defines.php in /home6/eli/public_html/hola/index.php on line 28

Warning: require_once(/home6/eli/public_html/hola/includes/defines.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home6/eli/public_html/hola/index.php on line 28

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home6/eli/public_html/hola/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home6/eli/public_html/hola/index.php on line 28"

Please do not do that! what am I doing wrong! Thanks!
