I have made 2 changes to css file with comment text "/* Joomfreak width change */";

Hi there! Thank you for the edit. I've uploaded the file but no luck. These are the same two changes I made using your original guidance. I'm not sure why it's not working. Could you please check it from your side to see if I'm missing something. If I understood you correctly I wasn't supposed to edit anything in that file - just to upload it. I hope I understood it correctly. Thank you in advance.

You need to clear your browser cache.
I tested your site on FireFox, Chrome, IE11 the sub menu is widen now

Finally sorted it out - my browser wasn't emptying the specific cache for this site. When emptying Chrome's cache from the Clear Browsing Data it didn't work. Had to Ctrl-F5. Pffftttt, can't believe it was so simple.
