I would like to change the article title block background that is showed on the left side of the site. The one with vertical text. Which CSS I need to modify to do that?

You can edit templates/jf_creativia/css/template.css, add:

 
#left h1 {
    background: #f2e7a5 none repeat scroll 0 0;
}

Thank you for the answer but maybe I was not specific enough. You've given me just test background code but my question was the whole block where the title is. And if I do that I would need to change color of the title font too. Do I do this in settings or CSS.

No, this I was able to do with your instructions on modifying CSS. I want that the backgrond color fills the whole block not just behind the title text. Or second alternative would be that I provide image as background to the whole block of article title.
