How can I change what is displayed in side (left) header in blog view. By default it takes title of the first post, but I want to change that. I want it to display text like in main menu (in my case "news") that links to blog page (just like main menu link)

I can't because my website is not online yet, I'm building it on virtual server on my computer and planing to put it online when it's done.
