I got the commercial license for my site soren-creative.com and am liking the template.

However, I am unsure of how to setup the sleek and responsive grid display as shown on the demo Portfolio page. Do I have to purchase a separate plugin, or is it included with the template?

you can find everything in the download area.

Well I looked at the Manual again, but it says nothing about the Portfolio display.

I installed the Template standalone. I did not start from the Quick Start package. Is there anything that I'd be missing because of this?

Is there a document within the Quick Start package that outlines setting up the Portfolio display?

1) Create your k2 category - example "All Works" and set template of category to jf_creativia. You can checkout also attached screenshot to use same params.
2) Create Subcategores in "All Works" - this will be shown after in frontend.
3) Create menu item that points "All Works" K2 cat.
4) That´s all.
