I do not know how to install another language in this template. I refer some websites which used JF Creativia and see something like this photo attached.
How can I?

Here is a pdf tutorial http://help.joomla.org/files/EN-GB_multilang_tutorial.pdf to create a muli-lingual site.
Then you create Language Switcher module display in "user4" position.

When I change HOME menu language from All to another, there is a warning:


Warning

Save failed with the following error: The Language parameter for this menu item must be set to 'All'. At least one Default menu item must have Language set to All, even if the site is multilingual.


How to fix it? How can I use HOME menu with multi-language?

If your site uses 2 languages, you must have 3 HOME menu item, one must have Language set to All, one must have Language set to English, one must have Language set to French.

How can I change "Go to top" text like this page above? They do not go to another page when clicking to the language switcher.

Edit templates/jf_creativia/index.php:

	<a href="#">go to top</a>
</div>
 

They do not go to another page when clicking to the language switcher.

Enable plugin System - Language Filter.
