I have download quick version 3.2.1 joomla but i can't do any upgrade that i see in control panel because it's error:

Guys, I'm sure that the problem is your wrong configuration.
please make sure that you have set right folder permission, ftp info, path (log, tmp).
this issue is not related to our template. let me know if you can upgrade after checking permission, ftp and path.

You try to set the right folder tmp permission to 777 . After, You should re upgrade again.

In my case the "log" folder in the setup directory doesnt exist. I have afterwars created manually the folder in the directory.

After that i could start the joomla update!
