Hi, i've try to use gmail account as smtp mailer to test my contact form.
But I've get error said Smtp connect failed.
is there because gmail block something to prevent as security issue?
Now I've give up using SMTP and use PHP mailer instead
i am able to sent email correctly and successfully.

And I've went to components--> contacts--> contact and use This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
and for global configuration mail setting.
what should I input in "From email" and "From Name"???
is these two field same as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ???
But I can't see any incoming mail comes in????
