You can edit templates/jf_creativia/css/template.css, find and change background:
 
#top {
    background: #ededed none repeat scroll 0 0;
}
 
#wrapper-bg {
    background: #f3f2ed none repeat scroll 0 0;
}
 
#bot {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("../images/bottom-bg.png") repeat scroll 0 0;
}
