When I call my Site under www.foto-kiess.de/administrator/ the admin login window does not appear. I tried with firefox, internet explorer and also with mobile phone and chrome - same result.
The site itself seems to work properly. I did not update Joomla for quite some weeks or even months.

Backup your site and then try to update Joomla. Because admin login page doesn't load mootools library.
