TOPIC: Quickstart problem

Hi,

I tryed to install quickstart version of that template in local, but when I go on safari/mozilla to installa joomla it say me that index.php file haven't the permission on line 37. After this I tried to installa only joomla 3 and it works.

What's the problem?

I can see your problem on screenshot? Because I tried to install on safari/mozilla but didn't see any problem.

Now the error is this. I think that I've not set up xampp correctly.
