Please let me know how to put left and rigt modules on K2 item (ex. Featured News on left) because we don't have menu to assign.

What I want is, like in your demo, from "Blog listing page" menu (where is not left or right modules) to go on item k2 page where to have modules on left and right.

You should create a hidden menu for K2 category and assign left and right modules. So on K2 item pages will have modules on left and right.
