I wonder if the Calla exteriors model is compatible with Joomla 3.4.4, I'm having compatibility issue, featuring log error and magic quotes on.
how to solve?

How did you update? I've updated Joomla with Calla exteriors template, it's normal.

Did you say that this updated version you have the jf callar exteriors?

I updated Joomla! version 3.1.1 to 3.2.7. Then 3.2.7 to 3.4.4.

I wonder where I can upgrade to the 3.4.4 version and disable magic quote GPC.
because my version is in 3.1 without updating.

Try to edit your php.ini, setting magic_quotes_gpc=Off
