I cannot add extentions like JCE editor, because I gete a Internal server error.

It takes a lot of time to open en edit a Module , when I save the editted article I get left under my browser "waiting for perspectiveverte.com" and it takes a long time.
On the same server I have a normal joomla Intall wich can be easely edited and react fast.
what can I do?
