"Read more"-button - Link to...module? 29 Jul 2013 06:33 #2558

Hey folks,

I installed the theme and I'm loving it.

However, I ran into some problems trying to set up my website like the demo. For example, I set up the "read more" button like in the demo by creating a custom menu (is that the right way?) but I don't know how to "link" that button to the CL/CR module. Since the module content is not counted as an article, I can't connect the two.

Also, I am new to HTML and have trouble finding the global settings for colors, font sizes and so on. Can anybody point me to it? Sorry for the banal question. But I fear there will be even more

Any help is appreciated. So long, and thanks for the theme.

Cheers,
98

What is CL/CR module? Font size, color and other styles are in template.css, line 21

Thanks for the reply.

What I did is this: I created two custom HTML modules and placed them at CL and CR. Via custom output I created the content which worked fine. The problem is that the content created does not appear as an article, so I don't know how to link the read more button to the content.

Maybe I'm doing it all wrong. I was trying to basically replicate the demo. If there is another way to do it I'd like to know!

Cheers,

www.worthort.de

The read more button is now linked to "PRIVATES". It should be linked to the module underneath that. In fact, I just added the PRIVATES section to see if the button works.

Thank you.
