TOPIC: Modules Setup

Modules Setup 01 Jul 2013 05:22 #2292

I downloaded the Exterior template to my 2.5 version of Joomla. I was going through the manual for setting up the site and when I got down to the modules section I realized that none of the modules that are listed on the manual are actually listed in my module manager on Joomla. Prior to installing Exterior I only had Atomic, the default template that comes with installing Joomla, as the main template. I was wondering if there was something I needed to download to figure out how to change and edit the modules as it says in the manual, or is it because I did not install the quickstart and only the template. Any information helps.

Hi - what do you mean?
You install the template normally.
Than you go to the module manager, create i.e. a new module "custom html", from the positions list you can switch to jf calla exteriors template and the positions are visibile.
