Is there any fix yet? If not, do you know approximately when there will be?

I love this template - great for a creative startup, but I can't make my site live until I know it can be accessed on iPhone and iPad.

If there is never going to be a fix (or not for a really long time) it would be good to know, because I will unfortunately have to change templates.

Thanks!

In your template.css try altering the background-size to "100% 100%" and background attachment to "local".

/* SLIDESHOW */
#jf-slideshow {
background-clip: border-box;
background-color: #00446D;
background-image: url(../images/banner.jpg);
background-origin: padding-box;
background-position: center center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: 100% 100%;
background-attachment: local;
position: relative;
z-index: 50;
}

Thanks! That definitely helps with the iPad, although it still looks distorted on the iPhone (might be the at least you can see the whole banner image though).

Many thanks for the advice!

If the template creators have any suggestions, I would still love to hear them.

Thanks everyone!

Brad

Is the image now filling the screen on the iPhone? Could you get a screenshot of your issue? I don't have a working iPhone so can't test, but some functional testing would be good.

It may be because your image is landscape orientated and is being squeezed into a portrait viewing window. See my blog post on how I overcame the same problem.
