thank you for this great template, after installing multilanuage support, I'm missing contact form in contact us menu, can you please advise?

UPDATE: Was able to manage the issue - I've deleted JF_CONTENT from index.php to delete white stripe on my homepage right under the slideshow. Is there any other way how to delete just this stripe on the home page?

I see contact form is visible in contact us menu.
