When I created the site I used the 2.5 version of the template.
I've made many modification to the original one that I don't even remember them.
Is there a way to migrate the template from 2.5 to 3.4?

You can upgrade joomla 2.5 to 3.4.

Ok. I will use a migration tool.
But my question is, do I have to modify anything in the template folder?
Or the calla template will work without any mod.

seems like template is the only thing working...

From 2.5 to 3.4 i get a lot of fatal error that won't make me do anything in the backend!

there are various errors.
Now I can see only one, cause i can't see /administrator anymore.

Other errors I had were in files like

htdocs/dm/libraries/joomla/controller/base.php
htdocs/dm/administrator/components/com_installer/controller.php
htdocs/dm/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php
