The template color of the index bar is dark grey and it is blocking the viewing of the content below. Can one change it to a lighter color? The same for the dark grey bottom banner. Can the color be changed? Thanks!

ok, but this change the color only in Home page. In other page of site the color of navbar remain the same. Why? Can I change the color of nav bar in other page of site?
