it's css stuff. you need to make change in templates/jf_calla-exteriors/css/template.css
Find below code
#jf-footer {
	background-color: #313131;
	color: #fff;
	font-family: misoregular;
	text-align: center;
	min-height: 452px;
	position: relative;
}


and then change value of background-color to the color desire

you can use css background-image to add image to that section as a background

okay. then the central css, add the background to the "footer"

or should I change it from here:
templates / jf_calla-exteriors / css / template.css
