i want to change the text in the contact formular modul position contact, p.e. "CONTACT US" or "SEND US A MESSAGE".

Thanks for the tutorial - it is very helpful to understand the function of the override!

But now when i search the key or the text p.e. <h3>Contact Us</h3> it appears always the message that he can't find the text...

Can you help me to understand - where is my error in reasoning?

You need to search for term "Contact us" into joomla language files, and for html editing into /tempplates/jf_calla-exteriors/com_contact - here is html of and all other things from contact page
