Yea I have the same question, how could I change the "read more" button on k2 blog post, to for example "learn more"?

Hello,
You want change language in button read more(k2).
Go to: language/your language (ex: language/zh-CN)
Create new file your language.com_k2.ini (ex: zh-CN.com_k2.ini)
Add block code
K2_READ_MORE="read more new language..."
