  I'm checking SEO options for the site, and I see that Tag H1 is pointed to the "Logo or name of the site", how could I put this tag in another part of the site?

  Example page title?

Note: I am working on localhost

You can edit template file index.php, add:
 
$doc = JFactory::getDocument();
$page_title = $doc->getTitle();
 

Then change to:
 
$logo = '<span class="site-title" title="'. $sitename .'">'. $page_title .'</span>';
