it is possible, unfortunately we do not have time at the moment, but if you have css skills you can play with "z-index".

in the template.css on "#jf-footer .main-inner1"_"z-index" I tried different solutions. increasing the value, decreasing (- of 0) inherit and auto. I tried also to delete the rule but the problem remains
any more suggestions?
one more thing, ...I'd like to make a donation. can I remove your copyryght link from the footer?

the problem was not in "z-index" but in "position" I changed it from "fixed" to "static"

I also tried to change position to static but it loses that hide effect that I love of this theme, the slideshow and the footer...
