I would like to add a fixed backround images to all white pages. is it possible and how do i have to do it ?

Try to edit file templates/jf_calla-exteriors/css/template.css, at line 403 modify to:
 
#jf-content {
    background: #fff url("../images/banner.jpg") no-repeat fixed center center / cover ;
}
