TOPIC: error on the back end

error on the back end to try to get in my administrative area, log after I came across a log of error.
Where by clicking the OPTION informed it returns the initial login screen to access the back end.
this is the error message that appears:
An error has occurred.
  0 Can not open file for writing log
  Return to the Control Panel

How can I fix this?Help.

Check Folder Permissions, update log_path and tmp_path.
