I have a problem with the "Contact Form".
When I send a test message via Contact Form I dont get an E-mail.
I dont now If its a problem with the template (maybe I have to set a Email-Adress in one of the template-files manually?) or maybe a missing entry in my general options (I already searched through my settings four times).

Can someone help me or give me a hint?

Where is your website, on local server or online? Localy is also required to configure mail server.
Your linked joomla contact must has a vaild email adress where you will get emails...

My Website is running on a webserver.

Under die Administration and "Components/Contacts/Contacts" I have listed the contact form and there is also listed the linked user with a valid E-mail-adress. I allready linked it to another user or checked my spam-folder.

Do i need to link any groups or set any other preferences?

I have removed some code (cause of the missing subject-field). Can this be the problem?

Subject field is as standard required field.

So could this be the problem???

Subject-field wasnt visible so I deleted it like described in
