No, my web page are in a hosting, and if i changed the template style for other template the contact form works perfectly, but if I use the call exteriors template appears the subject field problem. How can i puts the subject field in my form? Or how can i fix this problem? Thanks for all.

How can I fix it ? Can't I simply add a "subject" field ?
