if you visit my website: www.musik-talent-box.de
you'll find out (it doesn't depend on the device/browser you use) that the hight of the banner is shown incorrect. It has to cover the whole display but it doesn't. The funny thing is when you change your browsers size manually. than it is shown correctly if you switch to full screen back again. If you open up my website with an iphone and swipe up and down, the problem is solved too. I want the banner to be shown correctly without restrictions.

Can you help me?

Try this solution: edit file templates/jf_calla-exteriors/scripts/js/callaexteriors.js, modify:
jQuery(window).load(function()
to:
jQuery(document).ready(function()
