TOPIC: Adding scrolling effect on a menu

Adding scrolling effect on a menu 19 Aug 2013 23:08 #2784

Hello.

First of all a beautiful template from JF.

I am having a small issue with 'scrolling' effect, the scroll effect works perfect on the homepage when clicking on the 'read more' button (in my case I removed this and updated it with a circular image).

Link : tinyurl.com/jf-calla-scroll

However, I would like the same scrolling effect when the visitor clicks on the 'our unique touch' main menu button at the top, so this will scroll down the page to the 'our unique touch' paragraph.

Help is appreciated and hopefully can get this site up and running.

Thank you

The menu item must be in joomla admin as Systemlink/External link, and as link "#"

Your title "our unique touch" has id "jf-testimonial", you must in the menu item give a id in backend and develop with jquery a scroll effect.

then do with jquery:

if click on menu item id, then scroll to this id "jf-testimonial"

I think they used this extension:
IceMegaMenu Extension for Joomla 3.0 By IceTheme
