before i want say thanks for joomla templates. And i have one questions. I want use the JF Architec Design templates. And i want change respectively modules backgrounds. can you help me ?

You add Modules Suffix for module and modify style in css.

example: You add module suffix : _latestnew --> in css you add new style : 
#jf-left .module_latestnew {
    background-color: #CCE5D7;
    color: #77AE8F;
}
