TOPIC: Installed but looks strange...and no options page

Installed but looks strange...and no options page 09 Dec 2013 18:50 #3518

Hiya, new to Joomla...I installed the architec style but when I view my site it's not appearing as it should in the demo. The navbar styling is missing...all the styling seems to be missing...everything is off to the left and none of the text has any styling...

Am I missing something? I downloaded the template, uploaded it via ftp and then did the discover/install thing.

Also, when I go to Template Editor and click on the template there are no options, the page is blank.

Thanks.

Hello

Welcome to Joomla, to have a site look like the demo. We recommend you to install from the quickstart.

If you want to install the theme only, you need to have advanced skills to setup the content like demo site.
