ok, I was successful in changing the PHP file to 777 permission. It did not allow me to save the changes to the website however. Does it take time to propagate, or do the permissions change right away? THank you,

Hello friend, I am Still unable to save name change of global configuration.
I changed at least 5 configuation.php files to 777 but it will still not let me save the name
change.
