TOPIC: Copy of Main Menu appeared

Copy of Main Menu appeared 09 Dec 2013 17:07 #3513

Hello,

I'm new on joomfreak an my english isn't that great.
But I hope you'll understand me.

At first: I really like your template "Texturia"!

It's the first time I work with Joomla, so there are a lot of problems, but this is the worst:

Like you see (livesoundz.de/joomla/joomla/), a copy of my main menu appeared at the same position ("submenu") as my original main menu.
It also shows the menu "Galerie" even if I deactivate it.

I searched for an answer, but I don't know how to help me.

It would be nice, if you could help me

I think you have 2 menus on the same position, it can be under modules.

Hi,

thank you.

But there is only one module for the menu and that's the only module which has the position "submenu". I've checked that.

If I deactivate this menu-module, I get one menu, but no submenus. And I can't deactivate the main-menu itself.

Do you have another idea?

I solved it by changing the "alias" from "mainmenu" to "hauptmenu".
