I have two problems.

To send a email from the contact form and to post a guestbook entry (Vitabook) is not possible.
The forms are correct.
When I will send a email from contact form I recieve a error messages: Could not open socket.

on find line 189:

replace :

if (($fs = @fsockopen($host, $port, $errno, $errstr, 10)) == false)

if (($fs = @fsockopen(gethostbyname($host), $port, $errno, $errstr, 10)) == false)

I have done your changes on line in joomla/plugins/captcha/recaptcha/recaptcha.php

but the problem always exists.

If I use EBR guestbook the problem doesn´t exists.
