Trying to use k2 gallery that came in this template

when i click the image once i open from my gallery, the image comes up to it's page, that is fine..
when im there, i click the image again to see the full size, the screen goes dark like the light box should come up. but the image does not pop up. and i cant close it either
the screen just has the black overlay and I have to reload the page to go back
