Hi,

Joomla Version 3.2.1 and JFSlideshow:
Instead of the pictures i only see a grey box. Full path to image in the Background image url field. (Link to Picture)

I have seen, you have some javascript errors, try to re-configure your module or try directly to solve js errors.
