I installed the extension "mod_jfslideshow-j25.zip" directly inside joomla 2.5.11.
I tryed to create my fisrt JF_slideshow but ... "403 Forbidden. Access to this resource on the server is denied!"
I changed the permission property (to 777) on folders "modules" and "lanquage-en-GB" on site-root.
How can I resolve this problem please?

You check folder language/en-GB exists 2 file
en-GB.mod_jfslideshow.ini
en-GB.mod_jfslideshow.sys.ini
And then you check the existence of mod_jfslideshow in modules folder
If not found, your module hasnt been installed successfully yet
If found but got error, you should rename file .htaccess
Or you go to administrator/index.php?option=com_installer
Install into "Upload Package File"

I have disinstalled and re installed the module.
I have checked on ftp the files, they are online both.
I did not understand WHICH file should I rename.

But I would like to use also the jfslideshow but it seems not very compatible with the JF calla template. I would like to put it as background. In which module do you suggest me to place it?
