Currently, we used that date format and the language is base on the server language.

To change it to another language and format, we need to change the PHP date function, and the setlocate function of PHP.

Do you have PHP knowledge ? If not, you may put the website online and send us the url, access detail to the private message. We will have a look on this for you.
