TOPIC: Remove module name mobile layout

Good morning to all and happy new year.
I would like to know if someone know how to remove the module name from the mobile layout of an article.
If you look the attachment you can understand what I mean.
It seems like the title of the article appears twice : (

You can edit file templates/jf_creativia/css/responsive.css, add:
 
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.item-page .page-header:first-child {
    display: none;
}
}
