Can you help me what should I do?

At the moment, our theme is not support captcha on the contact form yet. I just send a push to the development team to notice about this one on the next release of the theme.

However, I may recommend you to install a Recaptcha plugin for Joomla. And if you are using the Joomla Core Contact component's form, the captcha should work.

If you need us to look at this urgently, you may ask for custom service to sort out this issue out soon.
