TOPIC: Setup the template

Setup the template 23 Apr 2014 06:54 #4567

Hi,

I've just install a new J! 3.2.3 and your template "Calla Exteriors".
On the homepage, I need to display a fullscreen responsive slideshow (for a photographer website) with few pics inside (1920 x 1080).

1/ I've installed a J! module (Fun Supersized) with all the setup. I've published it in slideshow position and apply to all pages. Nothing on the home page... I've already tested with your JF Slideshow

2/ I've tested several setup and changes according the various topics on this forum about the difficulties to display simply a fullscreen slideshow on the homepage.

3/ How to do it, please ?

Hello,
The slideshow does not work due to the background template overrides loaded.
You go to: templates/if_calla-exteriors/css/template.css
Line 335. We can remove and using jf slideshow.

# {jf-slideshow
background-clip: border-box;
background-color: # 00446D;
background-image: url (.. / images / banner.jpg);
background-origin: padding-box;
background-position: center center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
background-attachment: fixed;
position: relative;
z-index: 50;
}
